Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups of zucchini 

2 cups of sugar 

3 eggs

2 tsp of vanilla 

3 cups of flour 

3 tsp of baking powder

1 tbs of cinnamon

1 tsp of salt 

walnuts and raisins (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Cream the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. 

Add the dry ingredients little by little. 

Make sure the zucchini is drained and add it to the mixture. 

Add the walnuts, raisins, and other additional ingredients.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.
