Ingredients:

1 packet of active dry yeast

1 tsp of sugar

1 cup of warm water

1 tbs of salt

2 tbs of olive oil

3 cups of flour

Extra flour for sprinkling and rolling

​

Extra olive oil

Sauce of your choice (optional)

Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Herbs of choice

Toppings of choice

P I Z Z A 

Directions:

1. Dizolve the sugar into the water and mix the yeast, wait 5-10 minutes for it to activate

2. Combine the activated yeast with the salt and olive oil in a large bowl.

3. Knead in the flour half a cup at a time, you can use the hook attachment on a stand mixer or your hands. 

4. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in a warm place until it has doubled in size. 

5. Divide into 3 balls.

6. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

7. Stretch the dough into a large, thin circle. 

8. Brush oil and paint sauce on top. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese, add herbs and toppings of choice.

9. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
