Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of flour

2 cups of sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

1 tablespoon of instant coffee

1 cup milk (any kind)

1/2 cup of melted butter, cooled

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of boiling water

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and pass through a colander. 

Add the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients, 

Once combined, slowly add the water.

Pour batter into cake pans and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
