Chicken tenders

Ingredients:

1 pound of chicken breast, sliced 

1 cup of flour

Paprika

Garlic Powder

Black pepper

Salt

1/2 cup of Buttermilk

2 eggs

Directions: 

Slice the chicken into long, tender sized pieces and coat them with garlic powder and paprika.

Mix flour with equal parts paprika and black pepper,

Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and mix with the milk. 

Add 1/8 cup of the flour mix to the milk and egg. 

Coat the chicken in the egg and then in flour. 

Fry until golden brown.
