Chicken Parmesan Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 pound of chicken breast

2 eggs

2 cups of breadcrumbs

2 tsp of salt

1/2 teaspoon of back pepper

2 tsp of paprika

2 cups of passata 

1 cup of shreded mozzarella

1/2 cup of grated parmesan

Basil

Oregano

Parsley

Rosemary 

DIRECTIONS:

Cut and flatten the chicken breast into large, thin pieces.

Crack two eggs in a deep plate.

In another deep plate, mix the panko with salt, pepper, and paprika. 

Heat a large pan with half olive oil and half canola oil 

Coat the chicken with egg and panko, the
