Waffles
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Large Eggs Separated
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into the mixture.
Grease a waffle iron and cook for approx. 5 minutes. (time may vary)
