Traditional Vanilla Frosting 

2 sticks of softened butter 

5 cups of powdered sugar

1 tbs of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

Chocolate Frosting

2 sticks of softened butter 

3 cups of powdered sugar

2 cups of unsweetened cocoa

1 tbs of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

2 tsp of instant coffee

Oreo Frosting

2 sticks of softened butter 

3 cups of powdered sugar

2 cups of crushed oreos

1 tbs of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

Toasted Butter Frosting

2 sticks of softened toasted butter 

5 cups of powdered sugar

1 tbs of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

Nutella Frosting

1 3/4 sticks of softened butter 

1 cup of nutella 

5 cups of powdered sugar

1 tbs of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

Cookie Icing

1 cup of powder sugar

1/4 cup of milk or water

1 tsp of vanilla

Food coloring (optional)

To brown the butter:

place 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan on medium heat and stir for 2-3 minutes until you see small brown spots.

Place in an ice bath until soft.
