Sweet Crepes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of flour
1 tbs of sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbs of butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbs of milk
1 tbs of orange liquor

DIRECTIONS: Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a small microwavable bowl and add the milk to cool down.
Add the egg and extra yolk, mix, then add it to the dry ingredients.
Make sure everything is combined and pass through a colander.
Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat medium pan with butter on medium high heat.
Pour 1/3 cup onto the pan and spread batter by moving the pan until it has covered the bottom.
Cook on both sides for approximately 30 seconds to a minute or until golden brown.
Serve with toppings.
